We have an up-and-coming role for a busy Investment firm based in the heart of the West End, central London. We seek an Assistant to support the HR Director and wider team.
The role will be to assist with scheduling interviews and recruitment administration, including sending out interview requests, arranging meetings, scheduling, setting up meetings internally and externally, setting up Teams calls, sending out emails, setting up new starters, contracts, and confidential documents.
We are looking to find a highly organized and motivated Assistant who can provide superb admin support and assist the team with all things admin! Ideally, you will be interested in HR/ Recruitment or Executive search and be organised, well-prepared, and friendly!
