The company has many offices across the UK and a large planning team that you'll have the opportunity to work alongside. This role will focus on leisure and tourism projects that will take you to lovely scenic places throughout the North West and beyond.
To give you an insight into your project profile, in this role you can expect to work on glamping pods, touring caravan sites, static holiday caravan sites, luxury lodge parks, mixed holiday uses and park home estates!
In this role, you will work alongside 26 other professionals and provide a range of planning services to your clients to help secure the desired outcome. This will include pre-application advice, site visits, the submission of planning applications, stakeholder engagement and post-application work including, if required, assisting with appeals.
To apply, Assistant Planners should hold a planning degree (or similar) and public or private sector experience (6months+). You should be enthusiastic and driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail is important as is a valid driving license and access to a car.
