5 days per week. 9am until 6:30pm with 30 minutes lunch and 2 x 10-minute breaks. Ideally 1:2 Saturdays 9am until 5pm (with a day off in lieu).
Job Summary:
We are working in partnership with an established Veterinary practice, We are recruiting for an Assistant Veterinary Practice Manager to join their team.
As an Assistant Practice Manager at a cutting-edge veterinary clinic you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the practice and exceptional service delivery to our clients and supervisor other team members.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of staff to maintain a high standard of care and service.
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and client communications.
- Oversee financial aspects including billing, accounts, and budget management.
- Implement and maintain operational protocols to optimize efficiency.
- Handle HR responsibilities such as staff training, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Address client concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a assistant managerial role, preferably in a laboratory or veterinary setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Dedication to providing top-notch customer service.
