Job description

The Consumer Products division of Hasbro European Services provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position, based in Stockley Park, UK.

Key Responsibilities

Primary responsibility: Manage the approval process under deadlines for Global Out-Licensed Toys, Games, Sporting Goods by soliciting input from defined internal stakeholders (Creative Product Development Team, Legal, QA and Vendor Compliance and ensuring feedback is sent to licensees via Hasbro’s approval system.


Liaise with a broad range of internal teams such as GTSG Management and Product Development Teams, GTSG Licensee Partners, Legal, Quality Assurance, Vendor Compliance to ensure licensed products meet Hasbro’s standards for quality and brand integrity.

Update and publish development status updates though a weekly meeting and priority tracking and task allocation.

Manage all low-complexity design product development submissions through My Media

Box and keep track of all mid to high complexity design intensive development through the weekly tracking and task allocation process.

Attending internal and external licensee development meetings, where necessary. Build relationships with licensee counterparts to help facilitate and expedite all product related dates and tracking issues.

Add new contacts to the system and provide with standard welcome information on systems (My Media Box, Content Services Portal (CSP), Hasbro Blast (File Transfer).

Field inbound emails/questions from licensees regarding approvals and approvals process.


Required Qualifications:

  • Self-starter and highly motivated individual who has a passion for task management and process development.
  • Confident and strong team player.
  • Proficient knowledge of any product approval system, preferably My Media Box
  • The aptitude and flexibility to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative, lively environment.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Shown time/project management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must have an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a licensed product management role.
  • Some previous experience with Hasbro or an equivalent entertainment company
  • Experience in Licensing or Toy Corp. is preferred.
  • Experience managing high volume of complex projects (building milestones, tracking progress, coordinating multiple teams/cross-functional groups to ensure deadlines are met) is expected.
