The Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for tutors, markers and dissertation supervisors for our Level 6 & 7 Leadership and Management degree apprenticeship programmes.
This is a great opportunity to join our friendly team at Arden University.
Our apprenticeships are experiencing an exciting period of growth, with expanding recruitment of learners and also new programmes
This a remote role and all delivery is provided online, during standard office working hours.
The rate of pay is dependent on work undertaken between tutoring, marking and dissertation supervision.
This is not a permanent or full-time role.
About You:
Ideally, you will have experience teaching on higher apprenticeship programmes, including knowledge and experience of:
- Tailoring delivery to the needs of the individual apprentices within each teaching group, using information on each learner provided via their skills scan.
- Embedding and contextualising fundamental British values.
- Stretching learners’ English and maths.
- Safeguarding in an adult learner environment.
- Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework and the Further Education and Skills Handbook.
- Helping support each learner's journey to End Point Assessment.
An essential we are looking for is industry experience, which you can utilise to support our learners in contextualising academic theory into application within their careers. It would also be desirable for you to have knowledge and experience teaching on higher apprenticeship programmes.
