In order to provide that support, you will need to be technically competent and fully conversant with Revit. It is desirable that you have experience within the Later Living/Care sector while working at Level 2 BIM.The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A desire to create and deliver great buildings. Experience working as an Architect in the public and private sectors. Previous ability on delivering projects. Keen interest in the retail sector. Capable to multi-task - working on multiple projects, running concurrently. Excellent drawing and presentation skills and the ability to confidently express ideas. Able to provide professional assistance to design and construction teams when needed. Minimum of 10 years PQE.The Role: (Associate Architect) - Bristol Qualified Architect Running multiple/complex projects from inception to completion - Later-Living Care sector! Lead presentations and engagement with clients. Lead role - project brief, initial proposals and detail design (with a small team). Revit and AutoCAD. Interpersonal skills beneficial. Show experience in organising technical information - preparing drawings, plans and documents. Proven track record of designing and delivering projects. Managing fees/invoicing. Team leader. Technical detailing.
