Awarded Regional Theatre of the Year 2019 by The Stage, Nottingham Playhouse is one of the country's leading producing theatres and creates a range of productions throughout the year, from timeless classics to innovative family shows and adventurous new commissions. We create theatre that's bold, thrilling and proudly made in Nottingham.

We are seeking an Associate Artistto support the artistic vision of Nottingham Playhouse and to use the opportunity to develop their own skills and career.

The ideal person will be a theatre-maker with a strong knowledge of the contemporary theatre industry who currently resides in the East Midlands or Midlands. It is crucial that they enjoy promoting and developing the work of other artists. To make the most of the opportunity, they must be proactive and self-motivated, with a curiosity to grow as an artist.

The role is offered on a 1 year freelance contract, commencing from date of acceptance, with a fee of £3,000.
