Associate Building Surveyor Position Overview
- Leading a team providing project and professional consultancy to both public and private clients.
- Market the services and the Practice to new and existing clients in order to increase workload. This is a crucial aspect of the role and will require time to be set aside specifically for marketing.
- Prepare and contribute toward fee bids relevant to building surveying, project management and multi-disciplinary projects.
- To lead the resource management, finances, business planning and business development of the team with the office partner.
- Manage similar works undertaken by team members to ensure quality and timeliness of service provided to clients and act as the point of contact for the company.
- Act as Building Surveyor or project manager on a variety of project and professional services projects from inception to completion, liaising with team members and others as necessary.
Associate Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- Degree/Masters in Building Surveying
- 4-5 years PQE experience ideally
- MRICS or MAPM qualified
- Varied project and sector experience
- Proven track record of winning and retaining clients and a strong commercial attitude
- Project Management experience
Associate Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary: £50k - £70k (Guide only - DOE)
