Are you an experienced Senior/ Associate Building Surveyor? Are you looking for a dynamic role with a competitive salary, flexible working and clear pathway for progression? You will be helping to develop, grow and lead the team in order to provide professional services for the company.
About them:
The company are a well-established international professional services company specialising in residential & commercial real estate. Their team of experts collaborate to deliver exceptional solutions to their diverse clientele with their Building Consultancy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration and Project Management of fit-out, refurbishment and repair contracts
- Undertaking Technical Due Diligence, inspections and preparing reports
- Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations
- Preparing planned preventative maintenance plans
- Providing advice across portfolios and/or single assets including 'Future of Workplace' and ESG
- Undertake Cost Assessments
- Tenant and Landlord License approval works
- Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required

What you get in return:
