Associate Building Surveyor

Location: Darlington/ Leeds/ Newcastle based with hybrid working
Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience

Look no further! We’re on the lookout for an Associate Building Surveyor to take on this exciting, new role.

Reporting directly to the Group Head of UK Property, your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, including:

• Conducting technical due diligence surveys for new sites and specification to tender both fitout works and Licenses to Alter
• Handling dilapidations and building pathology assessments
• Conducting planned preventative maintenance surveys
• Managing neighbourly matters
• Specifying and overseeing refurbishment projects

Salary- Up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus and car allowance.

About you

• You are a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS), with at least 4 years post-qualifying experience.
• You have proven experience of leading large, multi-disciplinary building projects.
• You possess strong inter-personal skills, are sociable and able to work proactively in a busy environment.
• You have strong IT, time management and communication skills and are accurate in your work and have an eye for detail.
