A huge opportunity for someone to join this national company at Associate or Senior Associate level. Joining an established multi-disciplinary office, you will build a new Building Surveying team. Utilising the existing national frameworks and numerous cross selling opportunities, you will build and develop the client base and department as a whole, with support from the strong national infrastructure.

Person Specification:

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
• MRICS membership and currently delivering responsibilities at Associate level (minimum)
• Strong technical delivery experience
• Strong team management experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role you will develop & build a Building Surveying department within an already busy multi-disciplinary office. With support from their large national infrastructure, you will develop the workflow for this area, building on the already considerable national frameworks that are shared between all areas.

Areas of work that you will cover include, but are not limited to:

• Design and contract administration
• Project Management/ Employers agent
• Undertake stock condition survey to provide data for condition survey database
• Portfolio survey using mobile data capture
• PPM and asset condition schedules
• Quality& Technical Monitoring
• Defects Diagnosis
• Dilapidations
• Measured Surveys

Salary & Package:

£65,000 £95,000 salary. This will be dependant on the level that you join the company as well as the experience and potential client relationships that you bring to the role.
£6,000 car allowance
Bonus scheme based on full team deliverables. (There may be options for contractual/guarantees)
