We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team who pride themselves on innovative solutions and driving excellence in CIVIL ENGINEERing projects. With a focus on roads and drainage design schemes, you will have experience at Principal or Associate level and be looking for a role which will offer you the opportunity to oversee design solutions from concept to completion to the highest standard and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support;;
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to inform design decisions;
- Develop detailed designs and specifications for roads and drainage systems for a range of schemes;
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and Regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant standards;
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
About you:
- Chartered engineer;
- Civil engineering degree;
- Proven relevant experience;
- Excellent project management and leadership skills;
- Proficiency in software such as Civil 3D and MicroDrainage;
- Effective communicator.
