A leading, global Building Consultancy is searching for a dynamic, innovative, and driven Associate Construction Project Manager to join their expanding team in Bristol.
This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a thriving energy and a passion for excellence in project management to assist in leading the Project Management team.
This position focuses on Office, Logistics, and Industrial projects, offering comprehensive real estate strategies to enhance client success in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
The Associate Construction Project Manager Role
The Associate Construction Project Manager will play a key role in taking over and building up the Project Management team. This includes expanding the team members, client base, and project portfolios.
The consultancy supports client investment portfolios from surveying target areas and negotiating transactions to marketing, leasing, and ongoing property management, providing a full spectrum of real estate services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with asset positioning, land and property acquisitions/dispositions, market analysis, redevelopment strategies, and development funding.
- Conducting financial modelling, property management, lease advisory, agency leasing, and capital markets engagement.
- Supporting clients through every step of their industrial and logistics property occupancy, including lease negotiations, supply chain optimization, and build-to-suit construction management.
- Advising clients on office investment, development, disposal, acquisition, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
The Associate Construction Project Manager
- Must be MRICS chartered, demonstrating a high level of professional competence.
- Holds a BSc/MSc in Project Management, Construction, or a similar field, providing a strong educational foundation.
- Has strong business development skills and an urge to assist with expanding the consultancy's reach and influence.
- Is enthusiastic about building and strengthening the Project Management side for the Bristol office, including team development and client engagement.
- Holds at least a years' worth of Associate level experience within a consultancy based role
