We have a role for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work on a fast paced Aerospace Blue Collar desk. You will have access to an extensive client and candidate book from day one, support from a leadership team with over 50 years experience; and where almost all of the leaders started with us as trainees. 

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.
You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
• Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
• Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
• Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
• Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.

We are looking for individuals with;

- Previous Sales or Recruitment experience isn't essential (though would be highly desired)

- Driven approach, ambitious to grow their career

- Comfortable in a high performance, phone based, KPI driven sales environment. 
- The passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- The humility to treat our candidates with respect
- Resilience and determination to deliver on promises made to clients

- Willingness to learn. 

Many of our best hires over the years have been trades staff, graduates, non graduates, career changers - we're very open on previous experience, however the right attitude is a non-negotiable for us!
