Associate Consultant - It Recruitment

Formula is a niche technology recruitment company, with of fices in Victoria, Central London and St. Ives, Cornwall.

This is a foundation level role in Recruitment where you will begin the journey to becoming a 360 Consultant. You will benefit from a structured training programme giving you the theory and understanding to put into practice almost immediately.

You will be supported by a highly experienced team that will guide you with on job training and ad-hoc training sessions.

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO DEMONSTRATE:

• Excellent communicationskills on the phone and face to face
• Comfortable using IT packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online systems
• Enjoy working in a team environment but also independently
• Experience ina target driven environment - professional or personal is fine with us!
