One of our clients, a fantastic recruitment firm are looking to hire an Associate Consultant to join their dynamic and exciting team, where they work within the technology and transformation space. They're on a really exciting growth trajectory and would love to support motivated and confident individuals on their first step into the world of recruitment. There is structured training and an extensive induction to recruitment provided, so no prior experience in this field is needed, just a brilliant attitude and excellent work ethic! 

The Associate Consultant role is a unique opportunity to be mentored by a fantastic team, grow your market knowledge and launch your recruitment career with a really strong platform for success. It serves as a wonderful training ground which enables fee earning success when the time comes for you to naturally move into a high performing Consultant position, which is usually predicted to happen within 9 -12 months. 

The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator, emotionally intelligent and have an interest in establishing and nurturing lasting relationships. The company appreciate curiosity and a collaborative team player who is happy to get involved with a positive working environment. 

Their day to day duties will consist of candidate sourcing, engaging with candidates and database management to build talent pools. They'll manage candidate interview processes and be involved with CV formatting and compliance and contractual administration. As the team foster young talent, the Associate Consultant will shadow senior meetings with a view to moving into more of a client focused role.
