This practice is seeking a new Associate to join their established team, a clinician who places their patient’s welfare at the forefront whilst continually striving to develop as a clinician.
About the Position:
- Full or Part time availability – 2+ days per week
- 1,000 UDAS per working day available – £12.50 per UDA
- 45-50% split on Private treatments completed – 50% F.P.I, 45% Plan
- Potential to earn over £40,000 from private cases – can demonstrate this to you during interview
- Opportunity is open to both Foundation Dentists looking for their first Associate position and Established Dentists
- High volumes offered of Implants, Invisalign, Cosmetic bonding, Endodontics and Periodontics
Private Potential:
- Comprehensive support and training in upselling techniques
- Financial incentives for support staff to aid in treatment promotion
- Active development of both internal and external referral pathways
- Happy to demonstrate the above, and successes of this during interview
