In this role, you will use your technical experience to manage complex sites and multi-species mitigation projects, as well as mentoring less experienced staff.
The ideal candidate will be an Associate Director of Ecology/principal consultant and hold at least one protected species license.
The Role:
*Multi-disciplinary projects.

*Leading design team and client meetings.
*Mentoring fellow staff members.
*Customer focussed role, providing solutions and best practice guidance.
The Person:
*Ecologist.
*Mitigation license holder for at least one protected species.
*Consultancy background.
*Associate director or principal looking to move up into director level.
