Join the UK's largest independent commercial Property Management and building consultancy firm as a proactive Associate Surveyor in the well-established team in Birmingham. In this role, you'll prepare detailed client reports, manage rental income, oversee service charge expenditures, and provide expert advice on value enhancement projects. You'll also collaborate with various teams to deliver holistic solutions, including environmental initiatives and placemaking projects.
Job Role:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
- Prepare client reports and ensure accurate financial administration.
- Provide professional advice on value enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with teams to offer specialized services.
- Supervise team members and support their professional development.
Skills/ Knowledge/ Experience:
Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
Experience in managing various asset classes.
MRICS qualification preferred.
Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
