University of Warwick Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment and Marketing U.K. & International The University of Warwick is looking for an ambitious individual with the expertise to shape, influence and support the Student Recruitment team to achieve the University’s ambition to increase student numbers. Reporting to the Director, Student Recruitment and Marketing – U.K. & International the post holder will provide strategic input and operational delivery of the University’s Student Recruitment strategy to meet annual targets associated with this. You will possess a high level of understanding of recruitment, with responsibility for mapping the student journey and driving recruitment activities across the key stages of their journey into the University in order to achieve our ambitious goals. You will be working closely with all of our stakeholders, and negotiating outcomes that fulfil the University’s targets. You’ll have an excellent understanding of students and universities across the UK and internationally, providing innovative insights into new and existing markets and audiences, providing recommendations on related activity and driving return on investment. You will join a passionate and inspiring team of Marketing, Communications and Insight (MCI) professionals, and as a member of the MCI Leadership Team you will play a broader role in ensuring effective join-up between the teams both within and outside the department.
