Our client, a well-established construction consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their brand-new office in the heart of Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the office, being directly involved in winning new work and expanding the client base.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the quantity surveying team
- Providing high-quality cost management services on a range of projects
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to winning new work
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- MRICS qualification
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
- Strong business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects from inception to completion
On offer for the Associate Director:
- Salary £70,000 - £80,000
- Private medical insurance
- Professional memberships/fees
- 6% pension contribution
