As an Associate Electrical Design Engineer you'll lead the team and mentor junior engineers.
Long term you'll have the opportunity to work towards establishing yourself as a director and being an integral part of their growth plans.

The role of the Associate Electrical Design Engineer will include:
*Lead and guide a team of engineers and graduates acting as line manager and delegating workload
*Visit sites, liaise with clients, architects, the design team and member of the company to ensure projects are delivered on time and relationships are maintained
*Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, planning policy, British standards, IET and CIBSE guidelines and much more

The successful Associate Electrical Design Engineer will need:
*Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or other relevant equivalent qualifications
*Be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience within the relevant field
*Happy to commute to office 3 times a week
