This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Energy and Sustainability consultant to join an independent Engineering and Sustainability Consultancy in their London office. You will be focussed on designing exceptional buildings while also ensuring Sustainability strategies are developed within the built environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Have a relevant Science or Engineering degree
- Have some knowledge and experience of energy efficient building design and specification
- Have a track record of Environmental certification of buildings such as BREEAM and LEED
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of group projects
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and take charge of projects
- Assist in designing and developing projects set out by the company
- Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities
- Maintain and improve relationships with clients
- Offer support on building strategies that maximise passive design principles
- Keep your knowledge up to date with all industry information such as low carbon technologies
- Management of environmental assessment of buildings using BREEAM and LEED
