What will you be doing?
• You will be working independently as a stand-alone HR professional gaining exposure to a multitude of generalist areas,
• Advising on HR issues and queries; including ER issues,
• Managing the recruitment and onboarding process,
• Carrying out HR administrative tasks e.g., annual performance assessments, sickness absence, probations, training and annual medicals,
• Providing HR support to the on-site Operations Manager and HR Director.

What you'll need:
• Level 5 CIPD or equivalent experience,
• Strong HR capabilities, involving managing ER matters,
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
