Associate Interior Designer - Workplace Sector

We are on the lookout for a creative Associate Interior Designer to join our London team to work on a variety of exciting projects. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and passion for design, together with your co-ordination, innovation and technical expertise to deliver great projects which not only exceed our clients’ expectations but also reflect our vision and values.

We work collaboratively, with all of our projects benefiting from the invaluable experience and enthusiasm that our accumulated knowledge brings.

We are looking for an Associate that is driven and proactive, with an open and inquisitive mind-set and a concern for quality. We are looking for someone who has experience with day to day running of projects and teams, resourcing, commercial input, presenting to clients and building client relationships, helping win new business, lead creative design and technical solutions

Your Skills

  • Revit (Advanced)
  • Highly technical as well as creative (review and input into technical packages)
  • Demonstrate technical competency with all round ability
  • Excellent at developing client relationships and actively promoting the winning of business for the Practice
  • Strong budget management ability, in terms of understanding financial accounting and management accounts and their impact upon the relevant budget
  • Experience managing team workload and resourcing across multiple projects.
  • Highly computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite and/or Affinity Suite applications
  • Skilled presenter both verbally and visually
  • NBS specification writing


Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Interior Design;
  • Proven experience of leading the design of high quality interiors projects;
  • Significant experience of working within workplace (as an associate or equivalent level)
  • Hospitality and Residential experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience of running BIM ISO projects
  • Experience with brief taking;
  • Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team;
  • Experience coordinating with M&E and other consultants work
  • Knowledge on workplace strategy and experience translating these proposals into a design solution
