Associate Landscape Architect

Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design practice, who are seeking an extremely ambitious Associate Landscape Architect to join their ever-growing team in Liverpool. Our client is built up from multiple talented Landscape Architects, masterplanners, architects, ecologists and planning consultants, who have developed an outstanding reputation for their delivery of high-quality design solutions.

The successful individual will lead and develop the landscape division, supporting the rapidly increasing workload. This presents a real opportunity for career advancement to Director level within a collaborative and friendly practice offering the full spectrum of Landscape Architectural services, with a particular focus on pre-planning assessments. Our client are looking for an ambitious Landscape Architect, who is looking to further their progression, alongside having an influence on a company's progression.

• Leading and developing the landscape division
• Developing new business and maintaining older relationships
• Supporting junior members of staff
• Liaising with clients and other professionals on a regular basis
• Working within a variety of sectors, assisting across all aspects of a project

• A full driver's license
• A background focusing on Landscape masterplanning, including production of LVIA's as well as design and contract administration experience
• Strengths in business development with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and achieve deadlines
