Job description

Associate Merchandise Planner - Global Brand
London + hybrid working (2-3 days in office)
34-36K DOE
A leading global, luxury brand is seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Associate Merchandise Planner. As part of a driven and fast-paced team, your role will play a crucial part in supporting planning activities to optimize sales and profitability in this well-established company. Duties:
  • Interpret reports and summarize key findings
  • Assist in forecasting and planning.
  • Accurately forecast WSSI and communicate relevant information to the Planner.
  • Monitor intake, OTB position & stocks across the team and report on any findings
  • Manage inventory through trade analysis
  • Oversee seasonal recodes, amend forecasts, action seasonal markdowns
  • Take an active leadership role with new members of the team and assist in team training and development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Buying and Allocation
Skills & Requirements:
  • 3-5 years+ experience in core merchandising
  • Fashion experience, ideally from within luxury or similar
  • Demonstrable experience working with WSSI and OTB
  • Strong analytical and numerical mind-set.
  • Top class communication skills with the ability to present information in a concise but meaningful way
  • Solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organisational and time management skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent MS Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables, h-lookups etc) and confident using data management tools.
  • A positive presence in the team with a collaborative mindset and leadership qualities
