Job Title: Associate Packing Line Manager

Macclesfield (UK)

Introduction to role:


Join our dynamic team as an Associate Packing Line Manager, where innovation and creativity are the cornerstones of our work. We value diverse perspectives and champion an inclusive environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Packing Line Manager, gaining proficiency in packing processes and supporting processes such as deviation management/documentation review. This role is a stepping stone towards developing your knowledge and experience in management activities.

Accountabilities:


As an Associate Packing Line Manager, you will drive the day-to-day performance of defined processes in terms of adherence to plan, operational standards, cost, asset, cGMP and safety. Although you won't manage teams directly, you will be developed into a capable leader and coach of the future, covering annual leave periods when necessary.

Essential Skills/Experience:


  • Degree level or equivalent in science or engineering discipline.
  • Strong desire to develop as a people manager and demonstration of coaching and leadership skills.
  • Experience within cGMP environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:


  • Ability to coach and embed Lean Manufacturing Principles.
  • Knowledge and application of SHE principles.
  • Experience of FDA / cGMP or other regulated quality system.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical operational or Chemistry/Micro based roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to teams and/or lead others in a matrix environment e.g. in projects, team meetings or improvement work.
  • Proven activities undertaken in order to develop self.
