Great opportunity to work as Associate PMO Generalist for a high profile , well-loved brand within IT Service company, based in Bracknell (Remote Working). We are looking for an experienced PMO Generalist to join our team in Bracknell.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full time role with strong Governance and Quality Assurance experience.
- Work with other account PMO team members to improved account induction pack
- Check that reports submitted on time, quality checks i.e. milestone dates in past showing Green, Risks don't make sense and/or align to the central Programme RAID
- What needs to be copied from Programme governance/RAID to central account RAID
- Timesheet support - ensuring PM's have data to review each week so we keep on top of those failing to time record
- Ensuring finance tracker updated each week by Project Managers
- Ensuring Highlight Report financials are built from Finance tracker and quality checking
- Diarized reminders for key event for team - timesheets, month end, good receipting, invoicing
- Liaison with POA finance - have tasks been correctly completed
- PO support as and when needed
- Establishing other regular MI needed
- Ad Hoc reporting
