Associate Product Manager - Staffordshire
This is a hybrid role and you must be able to be in the office 3 days a week in Staffordshire)

Role Purpose:
In this Associate role you will support the teams across several products and services from inception to launch.
You will be part of a dedicated Product Team who are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the next generation of sports business applications and client branded eCommerce platforms for their clients and partners.
What you will be doing:
To deliver product vision and strategy
To build excellent relationships with all of the internal customers in order to clearly understand and represent the business needs for each product.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the external business customers and their system needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
To identify and research market opportunities through existing and cutting-edge technologies.
To give the best Back Office experience to all the clients and online experience to the customers, providing competitive advantage over our competitors
To constantly update and prioritise product and business requirements using Roadmaps, Sprint and Product Backlogs
To define product specifications using clear, consistent, and unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria with any supporting documentation required
To work closely with Engineers, QA, UX and Visual Design, Architecture, Project Management and Support teams during the software delivery process to provide clarity around product feature definition, customer requirements and Sprint goals.
To actively participate in the development of a self-managing cross functional team where every member of a project or release understands that they are all in this together.
What you will have:
You will be fluent in English.
You will have proven commercial product management experience.
You will have proven experience of working in an Agile framework.
You will have proven experience within a B2C environment.
You will have proven experience of working on business-to-business software projects
You will have experience in working with remote stakeholders and colleagues.
You will have an interest in software/online technologies.
You will have a solid understanding of B2B and B2C technologies.
Preferably educated to degree level or similar
Experience with Sporting Venues and/or Tournaments systems will be an advantage.
