About the role:
We’re recruiting for Property Claims Handlers to join our growing team, based in our newly refurbished Bolton office. If you have a natural ability to relate to people and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, then you could be the perfect addition to our team.

What you’ll be doing:
Ensuring each customer feels valued and supported with their claim, providing them with personalised and accurate information based on your expertise and training. Staying composed and level-headed when faced with challenges to effectively assist and support customers during their most critical moments of need.
Taking proactive measures and utilising available resources to ensure the best possible outcome for each customer, addressing their specific needs related to their incident or claim. This will include investigating and gathering evidence to help bring each claim to the point of conclusion.
Respond promptly to calls, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, precise and timely completion of case notes, logs and diaries for each customer.
Recognising the signs of a fraudulent claim and referring these for further investigation where needed
