SUMMARY
The primary role of the Associate Proposal Analyst is to support all functions of Clinical Trials Proposal and Budget generation, providing support for Clinical Trials Business Development.

ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting, finance, sales support, project management or clinical trials required
- A-Levels or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, life science or accounting
- Proficient in Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing priorities and to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proposal & Budget. Generate accurate and timely client proposals by reading, analyzing, and collaboratively working with the functional teams to understand client's Request for Proposal ("RFP") & protocol. Prepare proposal revisions and amendments as required. Incorporate feedback into proposals from internal review process. Perform timely and accurate entry of relevant information into required systems, such as Salesforce and Smartsheet.
- Collaboration. Centralize and standardize Requests for Information (RFI). Assist to ensure clear communication between global laboratory partners and ACM Medical Laboratory, Inc as it pertains to pricing and proposals. Work across the organization to provide client requested price estimates
- Process Improvement & Training: Incorporate feedback into proposals from internal review process. Ensure that all training and regulatory requirements are met on time.
