SalaryCalibre Search have a fantastic new role available for a Quantity Surveyor at Associate level looking to join one of the UK's leading Project and Cost Management Consultancies going.
Based in Manchester, you will be seconded 3 days a week to one of the North Wests biggest and busiest Airports and provide commercial leadership on a reconfiguration of a terminal building, a new pier and much more which all is valued close to £300 million.
Ideally, you will be confident in NEC Contract Administration and have previous knowledge and experience acting as a lead QS offering various pre & post contract work delivering various Infrastructure based projects. Aviation knowledge is preferred but not essential for this role as the client are happy to consider Quantity Surveyors who have worked within Transport, highways, rail etc as long as the stated previous experience can be demonstrated. Naturally, given the site, a BPSS will need to be done beforehand.
