Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior consultants in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support.
• Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating offers.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in our database.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• A passion for recruitment and a desire to build a successful career in the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is not required but desirable.
