Our client are now seeking ambitious candidates to join their team of Associate Recruitment Consultants in their Manchester office!

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Airswift, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients and candidates
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and talent, and capitalise on all opportunities to maximise revenue
- Deliver on a range of permanent recruitment offerings and tailored business solutions to Airswift's key global, regional and new business clients
- Demonstrate Airswift's full suite of services both internally and in client facing environments, selling the benefits and how it would help them
- Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, selling Airswift's permanent engaged/retained search hiring solution and sourcing and qualifying candidates for suitable vacancies
Requirements:
- C or 4 and above on Maths and English GCSE required as a minimum
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong team player
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Detail oriented, with strong organisational skills
