 To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Replenishment Planner to join our PepsiCo ANZ Team. This position operates as a critical interface between PepsiCo ANZ, Independent and Wholesale Customers, maximizing on-shelf availability for our products through efficient and effective replenishment planning and execution. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the supply planning and replenishment processes to deliver optimum service levels in our customer supply networks.
  • Manage our Distributor partners inventory position to maximize DIFOT and outbound service levels whilst remaining within agreed monthly inventory $ targets.
  • Oversee execution of daily ordering processes, proactively communicating service risks/issues to both PepsiCo and Customer Account teams whilst working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive resolutions.
  • Lead supply planning collaboration processes delivering optimum stock weight to support customer sales requirements.
  • Own and be the lead Supply Chain role for the Impulse, Wholesale and Global Customer Accounts. Provide customer supply insights and knowledge to help improve cross-functional ways of working.
  • Lead communication to all wholesalers for Key Account allocations (i.e., Managed accounts such as 7-Eleven, AMPOL, Big W, Kmart, Viva, United, etc.)
  • Lead supply/service communication to The Distributor Group (TDG) & SDP wholesaler partners.
Qualifications

About you: 

  • 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, preferably FMCG business.
  • Be resilient to tough, high pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Sound knowledge of Inventory, Demand Planning and Forecasting processes.
  • ERP/MRP systems experience preferably in Supply and Demand Planning.
  • Basic understanding of the “Supplier” internal business functional roles, within a retail/wholesale business (FMCG).
  • Experience in Supply/Demand planning and/or Account management.
