SalaryMy Client, an International bank in the City, seeks an individual to work within their London based warehouse finance team.
The role will involve the underwriting and management of warehouse finance facilities to include credit analysis, cashflow modelling, collateral analysis, term sheets and deal structuring.
Suitable candidates will evidence :
Financial modelling and structuring asset backed facilities
Ability to build cashflow models
Perform portfolio collateral analysis
Knowledge across asset classes such as invoice financing, credit cards, consumer and commercial lending is a plus
Experience working with early stage Fintech companies and startups is a positive
