Bridge Recruitment is currently seeking an Associate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing Employment Team in Southampton for a prestigious Law firm.
As an Associate, you'll be involved in managing a caseload of your own, as well as assisting other senior members of the team with complex employment matters. The Employment team provides advice and support to individuals and SME clients across all matters relating to employment law.
The teams could provide services that involve advising senior executives on their employment/service agreement matters in areas such as compensation and benefits, or assisting during their commencement or departure to ensure that their contractual matters are expertly managed.
Alternatively, they work with SME employers in several areas such as, creating legally compliant documentation, drafting employment contracts, assisting in employment disputes, redundancies, settlement agreements, defending employment tribunal claims and TUPE or harmonisation or terms post-merger or acquisition.
The ideal Associate Solicitor:
· A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with previous experience gained in the field of employment law.
· 3 - 6 years PQE.
· Great communication skills, a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and the ability to think creatively.
· Whilst this position is offered full-time, we are a flexible team and are open to considering alternative working patterns.
