Selexa Biotech are exclusively partnered with Marlux Medical as we search to grow their Commercial Function, where you will play a vital role in driving ambitious growth aspirations, proactively identifying and expanding new business opportunities to increase product adoption across the relevant clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
• Increase the adoption of the Marlux product range in hospitals, clinics, care homes, and other healthcare establishments.
• Proactively identify, create, and manage market opportunities to secure new business.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, implementation, and contract management.
• Develop existing accounts to generate additional sales revenue.
• Provide professional and informed advice on the product range to customers.
• Achieve individual growth targets annually.
• Research the market and provide market intelligence and feedback to senior leadership at Marlux Medical.
• Attend national and local exhibitions as required to promote and drive sales.
• Utilise Marlux Medical's marketing and communications resources to maximise sales and promote the Marlux brand.
• Adhere to all relevant company work instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Perform any other duties associated with this position.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in a relevant life science field such as microbiology, virology, immunology, or epidemiology.
• Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proactive problem solver, self-driven, and motivated by challenges.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to the company's growth as we expand into new international markets.
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel, as the role involves a combination of remote work and regular regional travel.
