The Company:
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting planning consultancy in Manchester who are looking for an Associate to join the team.
My client work on a wide range of projects across most property sectors from heritage & conservation to mixed use & commercial, residential to retail and leisure to education.
Qualifications:
- Be a chartered member of the RTPI
- Have at least 5 years' professional experience
- Have a genuine passion for planning
- Be driven, ambitious, commercial and great at building / maintaining relationships
- Demonstrable evidence of strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrable evidence of strong analytical skills
- Evidence of good project management, prioritisation and time-management skills
