Job description

Working with the Senior Lead for the North America Athlete Partnership Team, the intern will provide valuable insights through market research, ultimately used to shape and guide the Athlete Strategy in 2025. Research will include hands-on opportunities to visit the Eugene Olympic Trials in addition to other professional track events in North America.
This internship will provide experience working cross functionally by participating in occasional Global Athlete Partnership team meetings, while also working collaboratively with the North America Marketing team. Ultimately, the internship will involve a final presentation to key stakeholders on the On marketing team to specifically address the differences between long-distance and sprint cultures in track and field that will help to advise on future strategy.

- Synthesize information and provide recommendations on key factors, people, events and programs
- Create cross functional relationships with Global and North America teams
- Support and attend key professional track events

- Current student at a University or College
- Adequate knowledge of excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships across all organizational levels
