Attendance and Behaviour Officer - Sandwell Community School

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Sandwell Community School for an Attendance and Behaviour Officer. We are seeking somebody who is highly skilled, motivated and experienced to join us.

Applicants will need to be confident and enthusiastic about working in a school environment with KS3 & KS4 pupils who have a range of complex needs and challenging behaviours.

The role will be based across all of our sites as required and will entail working with students to help them overcome barriers for Attendance and negative behaviour.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role. 

Hours:  37 hours per week

Grade: Grade D, SCP 9-17 (£25,119 - £28,770 pa) Actual Salary is £22,413 - £26,335 p.a.
