We are seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join a dynamic team at an SEN School located in West Drayton. Conveniently situated close to the Elizabeth Line, the school provides a nurturing environment for students with diverse learning needs.
As an Attendance Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive attendance and punctuality among the students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the ARBOR attendance management system efficiently and accurately.
- Monitoring and recording student attendance and absence.
- Liaising with parents, guardians, and external agencies to address attendance concerns.
- Implementing strategies to support students with attendance barriers.
- Collaborating with the wider school community to promote a culture of attendance excellence.
Requirements as an Attendance Officer in West Drayton:
- Previous experience working with the ARBOR management system is essential.
- A genuine passion for working with students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
