Job Title: Attitude to Learning LeadSalary: SCP 25 – 29, £33,945 - £3,336 - pro rata (actual starting salary £30,695)Role: Full Time, 37 h/pw, 41/52 weeks per year (TTO + 2)Contract: Full Time, Permanent

This is an exciting career opportunity for someone who is hardworking and shares our passion for improving the life chances of our young people. This is a full time role to be carried out during term time plus additional two weeks.The person we are looking for:is an enthusiastic and effective leader and manager of young peopleis educated to degree levelhas got DipSW, youth work or teaching qualificationis able to demonstrate strong care guidance and support for groups and individualsis a competent co-ordinator and motivatoris able to coach, mentor and deliver training can demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and good organisational skills
has emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours and attitudes
has an understanding of Emotional Literacyestablishes and maintains strong relationships, using excellent interpersonal skills
has a desire to learn the most up-to-date teaching and behaviour management strategies
is passionate and committed to making a difference in the lives of our pupils and their communities
