SalaryLeading independent auction house is seeking a dynamic Auction Appraiser to help drive auction entries for the Chelmsford and wider Essex area. This is a superb opportunity for those who capable of creating business opportunities, building strong client relationships and able to gain commitment from vendors to use auction as the most effective method of selling their property or land. This role would suit estate agents with a demonstrable history of delivering exceptional service and results with high energy and focus. Full training is provided therefore Sales Negotiators, Property Valuers/Listers are encouraged to apply. The opportunity provides an office from Exeter to operate from and the role will require the ability to meet vendors face to face across the territory. - General office duties, including (but not limited to):
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
- Dealing with incoming emails
- Data entry
- Liaising with other members of staff to enable smooth running of the office
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers and tenants
- Conduct viewings with prospective buyers
- Taking photographs and internal videos of properties coming up for Auction
- Customer focused

- Full driving licence
- Property Experience
- Ability to liaise with clients confidently and professionally
- Basic Salary: £35,000
- Yearly Bonus
