Audio Visual Project Manager - Live Events

South East London - Office based / onsite. An exciting opportunity for an AV Technician / Junior Technical Manager to take the next step in their career and join an outstanding production company who deliver impressive events and have had continued success since their set-up!

THE ROLE

Due to a busy events calendar and new business wins, they are now looking to expand their team with a Technical Project Manager. A varied role, responsibilities include;

• Working closely with clients to understand project needs
• Work closely with internal teams
• Advise on technical equipment & new technologies
• Overseeing freelancers
• Generate proposals and quotations for events
• Managing event budgets
• Ensuring seamless event delivery
• Work closely with Warehouse Managers to ensure stock is serviced
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have knowledge of AV disciplines with a can-do attitude and flexible working approach, and fantastic client-facing ability. Due to the nature of the Live Events industry working hours will be flexible and will include some evening and weekend work. Candidates must be open to this and ideally need to hold a full driving license.
