Audiology Service and Professional Lead Band 8A

The post holder will assist the Clinical Services Manager in the development, co-ordination and delivery of high quality Audiology and ENT Services in the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. They will assist the Clinical Services Manager in the operational management for Audiology Services and will assist with the development and implementation of Trust wide strategic plans.The post holder will be responsible for Professional Leadership and standards of practice throughout the Audiology Service ensuring high quality care to the delivery of patient centred services that meets the needs of patients through clinical leadership. The post holder will lead on and support the development of staff through evidence based practice.
