Description

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
• Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Identify business process risks and provide recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Contribute to the firm's strategy and business development initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.

Profile

A successful Audit Manager should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in audit and assurance within a UK based professional services environment.
• Strong technical skills including a good knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and the Companies Act.
• Excellent client relationship skills and a track record in business development.
• A commitment to team development and staff mentoring.
• Must have the right to work in the UK
