Form of workWe are delighted to be seeking a skilled audit professional with significant supervisory level experience to wok for one of our thriving clients in Lymington.
The candidates we would be delighted to hear from will hold an ACA or ACCA certificate and have at least 5 years of experience in external audit. You’ll be adept at overseeing the provision of audits for a large portfolio of varied high turnover clients, managing workflow, resourcing, deadlines and staff.
You" be confident, ambitious and be able to showcase a stable, but progressive career in practice. You will also be a natural leader and able to inspire and motivate a team and act as a support to the Partners on ad hoc projects and in areas of business development.

Job Purpose- Autonomously manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Work closely with Partners to provide the highest standard of service.
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including some field work.
- Support junior staff with performance, learning and development.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handling queries.
- Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Business development and networking.
- Champion your own professional development, scoping training opportunities.

- At least five years’ practice audit experience.
- A proven track record of working on audits from planning to completion.

- Strong technical know-how and commercial acumen.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
