Description
- Lead a committed team within the Accounting & Finance Department.
- Review financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure audits are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
- Deliver quality audit services to clients and enhance their satisfaction.
- Contribute to team meetings and support colleagues by sharing audit insights and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to improve audit process and present recommendations to management.
- Manage the preparation of reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
- Maintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and apply this knowledge to your role.
Profile
A successful Audit Senior should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
